When people think about stronger legs or flexible hips, they often think about appearance, but lower body strength is really about how we move, balance, walk, climb stairs, and support ourselves through daily life.
In this practice we’ll explore movements that help:
• Build strength in the legs and glutes
• Improve hip mobility and flexibility
• Create more balance and stability
• Reduce stiffness from daily life Remember, strength and flexibility work together.
Strength creates support, while flexibility helps us move with more ease. And if some movements feel challenging today, that’s okay.
Yoga isn’t about doing everything perfectly—it’s about showing up and meeting yourself where you are.
