It doesn’t matter if you’re a student, a parent, or a full-time multitasker—we all struggle to focus sometimes. I know I do. There are days when I sit down to get something done, and before I know it, I’ve checked 4 apps, forgotten what I was doing, and ended up spiraling into a reel rabbit hole 🙈
And while it might seem like just a concentration issue, underneath it is often mental fatigue, unprocessed emotions, or simply too much noise. That’s why I love coming back to the breath.
In today’s practice, we’ll explore three powerful techniques to improve focus and bring more clarity to your day:
Kapalbhathi – energizes the mind and sharpens attention.
Nadi Shuddhi – balances the nervous system and calms mental chatter.
Ujjayi – anchors wandering thoughts and builds inner awareness.
