Because everything changes when we sleep well.
I’ll admit it—I’m guilty of reaching for my phone when I wake up in the middle of the night. Just a “quick check”… and suddenly I’m wide awake, scrolling, thinking, planning. Sound’s familiar?
But here’s the thing: just a few deep, conscious breaths—especially diaphragmatic breathing—has helped me drift back to sleep more often than I can count. No apps, no hacks, no noise. Just Breath.
Why I chose SLEEP as the start of this journey.
In today’s world, we’re eating more, moving less, and definitely sleeping less.
The irony? Sleep is our foundation.
It’s when:
Our cells repair
Our brain resets
Our emotions are digested
Our body finally feels safe enough to heal
Without sleep, even the best intentions—be it yoga, healthy eating, or mindfulness—start to feel exhausting.
That’s why we begin the 9-Day Pranayama Journey here, with something that feels so basic, but is so deeply powerful: rest.
