Some days, an hour of yoga feels just a little out of reach… and that’s okay.
Most of us do have 20 minutes—we just don’t always realise how powerful those 20 minutes can be.
These quick 20-minute practices have slowly become one of my favourites. They’re simple, doable, and fit into real life—whether it’s before your morning coffee, between work, or even in the evening when your body feels a little tired.
What I love most is how these short flows feel like an instant wake-up—not just for the body, but for your entire system.
Within a few minutes, you start to notice:
your breath becoming deeper
your body feeling more open
your mind a little clearer
It’s not about doing something intense or perfect.
It’s about showing up, moving a little, and giving your body that gentle nudge it needs.
Some days you’ll feel energized
Some days you’ll just feel… a little better
And honestly, that’s more than enough
