I’ve struggled with arm strength for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried lifting weights, hitting the gym, doing all the “right” things—but even today, I still struggle with doing a set of strong full push-up. And you know what? That’s okay. Because I’m getting there.


If you’re like me—someone who wants strong, toned arms without obsessing over reps or gym routines—then yoga might be the answer you’re looking for. Yoga has helped me stay consistent, work with my body, and build real strength from the inside out.
