Your nervous system—especially the parasympathetic (rest & digest) side—needs space to breathe. And that’s exactly what we’ll do today.
In this simple, grounding practice, we’ll explore 3 gentle pranayama techniques that help regulate and soothe the nervous system:
🌀 Nadi Shuddhi – balances both sides of the brain and calms scattered energy
🌊 Ujjayi Breath – deepens the breath and settles the body into a restful state
🐝 Bhramari – activates the vagus nerve, quiets the mind, and relieves tension
You don’t need anything fancy—just a few quiet minutes and your breath. This is a practice I come back to often, and I hope it brings you the same peace and ease.
