In Day 6 of our Pranayama Series, where we focus on nourishing your heart through gentle, calming breath practices. This session is designed to support your cardiovascular system, improve circulation, and soothe the nervous system—naturally.

 

What You’ll Practice:

  • Nadi Shuddhi – to balance the breath and calm the heart
  • Ujjayi Breath – to regulate energy and blood pressure
  • Chandra Bhedana – to activate the cooling, parasympathetic system
  • Bhramari – to relieve mental and emotional stress

 

These techniques are accessible to everyone and deeply effective for heart health, especially when practiced regularly.
