Before every recording, I feel a little anxious too. But for me, that anxiety is often tied to whether I’ve prepared well—and it usually fades once I begin.
In small doses, anxiety can even sharpen focus. But when it lingers, when it becomes a constant companion, it starts to shift how we experience life—and not always in ways that support our well-being.
That’s why today’s pranayama practice is so close to my heart. We’re working with three powerful techniques to calm the nervous system and bring more steadiness to the breath and mind.
Samavritti (Equal Breathing) – brings symmetry to your breath and thoughts
Nadi Shuddhi – clears inner blockages and settles the mind
Bhramari – soothes emotional agitation and invites stillness
