20 Minutes Full Body Evening Yoga

If you’re anything like me, you know the best part of the day is before 12 noon. Honestly, I sometimes wish there were 24 hours before noon — that golden window when everything feels fresh, inspired, and full of possibility.

 

A productive day for me? It begins at 4:30 AM — when the world is quiet, and I can move, breathe, and be completely in the moment.

 

But… life happens.
Alarms get snoozed. Plans shift. Kids, calls, chaos.
And before I know it, it’s the evening — and my body is stiff, my mind is overloaded, and that beautiful 4:30 AM version of me feels like a dream.

 

That’s when I turn to my quick 20-minute full-body yoga flow — the perfect pick-me-up to reset, release tension, and gently shift into evening with more ease and calm. It’s not just about stretching the body — it’s about reconnecting to the self I intended to be when the day began.
