We all know sitting is the new smoking (minus the stylish puff). And just like smoking, it sneaks up on you, turning your body into a laddu without the delicious taste. As someone who often forgets to move while working, I can relate. This sequence is an easy way to sneak in some movement, even if you only have 10 minutes.

 

Got 10 minutes? Perfect! Do the chair Surya Namaskara and the twist. You’ll sit taller, feel better, and maybe even look at that chair with a little less disdain. Feeling anxious or overwhelmed? Just do the part where we calm the mind. Trust me, your body and sanity will thank you.
