This week, I’m bringing you a Slow Flow Yoga class that’s all about tuning into how you feel right now. Honestly, when I was scheduled to create this content, inspiration was nowhere to be found. My ideas were like a Wi-Fi signal in a basement—weak and barely there. My energy levels? Let’s just say, if they were a yoga pose, It’d be couch-asana.

 

With a deadline looming and motivation MIA, I decided to embrace the energy I was actually feeling. That’s when it hit me: yoga is all about being present and listening to your body, even on those days when your body feels like it has a mind of its own. So, I tapped into that low-energy vibe and created a Slow Flow Yoga session perfect for those moments when you’d rather be binge-watching than moving your body. And guess what? It turned out to be something beautiful. Because sometimes, the best yoga practice is the one that meets you exactly where you are—even if that’s on the couch.
