Archana is a devoted mother, a seasoned yoga teacher, a skilled physiotherapist, and a dedicated fitness enthusiast with over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, fitness, yoga, and wellness. Her passion for whole food plant-based nutrition complements her holistic approach to health and well-being.

Her journey into teaching yoga was driven by her desire to share the transformative benefits she had experienced herself. Yoga has been a constant companion throughout her adult life helping her manage allergic bronchitis, back pain, and varicose veins. Yoga also brought balance and calm during her pregnancies.

Archana believes the essence of yoga lies in the art of being present. This practice of engaging in the present moment has brought her profound peace of mind both on and off the mat.

No Problem. We understand that life can get hectic. That’s why our online yoga classes are designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. With two sessions a day you can choose the one that works for you. If you still cannot find a time slot that doesn’t suit you, go through hundreds of videos with detailed instructions on our youtube channel and  practice yoga at the comfort of your home

I’m new to yoga and worried I won’t be able to keep up. Is this suitable for me?

Yes, our classes are perfect for beginners and suitable for everyone, regardless of their exercise background. You will receive clear, step-by-step instructions and modifications to make poses accessible for all levels. We foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can learn and grow at your own pace.

I am not flexible enough to practice Yoga

That’s okay. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of your level of flexibility. Our classes cater to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. With gentle guidance and encouragement, you’ll gradually improve your flexibility and strength over time. It’s not about where you start; it’s about the journey you embark on.

Frequently asked questions

When can I do the practice

The practice can be done in the morning or evening. If done in the morning, the practice can be energizing, keeping your energy levels high during the day. If done in the evening, it helps to get rid of the stress accumulated during the day and refreshes you.

What should be the meal gap

Preferably, do the practice on an empty stomach. If you have had a large meal, maintain a meal gap of ~4 hours or ~2 hours following a snack.

What is the biggest challenge to my practice

Time – making time for yourself & showing up to your practice everyday is the biggest challenge. The best way to overcome, is to invite your family or a buddy to join you in this journey. Try to fix a time in the day that works best for you to do your practice, that way you can prioritize your day around the practice.

What clothes should I wear to the practice

Any clothes that you are comfortable in

What do I need to have, to practice yoga

Just yourself, a thick towel or bedsheet that can be folded & used as a support for your knees or to prop you up in sitting & a yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat, its totally okay to do it on a hard surface if you are comfortable.

What should I do to ensure a safe practice

Remember to listen to your body . Do the poses just to the point of discomfort & not pain.

How often should I practice to have the best results

In Yoga its not about the length or the number of times you do your practice, It’s more about the quality of practice and how  consistent you are with it.

How do I know my body alignment is correct

I will give alignment cues for all the asanas (poses) throughout the practice. In case the pose is still not right I’ll help you get into the pose by giving cues to you directly during practice . Also after class you can  stay back & ask me any questions.
